What we keep, and why
Signing in with ChatGPT gives peanut your Site user ID, email, and name when available. We use these to identify your account and Agent membership. Your chats, uploads, notes, saved preferences, and task records are stored to provide answers, keep your work, and apply access permissions.
Personal conversations, shared knowledge
Other Agent members cannot browse your original conversations or private materials. Shared Knowledge and notes are available to the Agent’s members. Files sent in Chat are private; files added through the Agent’s shared Knowledge area and notes published to Knowledge are shared. Check the scope before contributing.
Services that process your data
ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide identity, hosting, and storage. The configured AI model service receives the message and relevant authorized context needed for a response. We record task status, errors, usage, and source references to operate and troubleshoot the service; these operational events do not include chat text. Contact messages are used to answer your request.
Your browser
Sign-in uses the hosting service’s session mechanisms. Your browser also stores appearance, chat shortcuts, and recoverable drafts. A draft can remain on that device until you clear it or the browser’s site data. Sign out when using a shared device.
Removal and retention
Workspace content is retained so you can return to it. Removing a Knowledge source stops its future use by the Agent; it does not erase earlier answers, downloaded copies, or every stored source and audit record. Archiving an Agent only hides it from your active list. For account or data deletion, access, or correction requests, contact us. We verify the request and explain what can be removed and any remaining retention.
